Purchased this product a year ago to use for backyard theater and gigs with my band.

Upon arrival, the key frame joints that connect the tent poles and risers had hairline cracks.I contacted Best Choice by phone, they took my info and promised replacements parts (part D on the very sparse directions)

I used the tent twice and the cracks have gotten progressively worse each use.Soon the welds will break rendering the tent useless.

Three months later, I contacted them and AGAIN, they promised replacement parts and took down my information.

Long story short....here it is a year later and I'll be lucky to get another use or two out of the tent and they tell me there is nothing they can do for me.

Save yourself the aggravation and call to the Better Business Bureau!
