We put these in our garage for our workout room.It's so much better than the concrete floor.The only thing we don't like about it is that your feet slip slightly when stretching.I wish it had more texture to prevent slipping.The padding is great though.It's good for low impact aerobics, jump training, or tae bo.The kids love it too for rough housing.
