Tent arrived missing a crucial part at the top which held the tent together. Contacted the company but heard nothing so contacted Amazon, sent the tent back and received a refund. THEN heard from the company saying that the quality control for the tents was a problem and to send our address so the company could send us the part. But the company's response was too late.
