Floor Saver Rectangular Review

I bought this floor saver to go under my new Eureka Copper Canyon 1312 tent.I guess I was expecting a better match and better quality since it's made by the same company as my excellent tent.I was wrong.

It's too small.I know you want the floor saver to be smaller than the tent floor, but this is 2 feet shorter in each direction.There are no stake grommets or canvas straps to secure the tarp (the picture is not correct) - it's just a plain-old tarp.I had figured out the grommet thing ahead of time, and bought anyway hoping for great quality and correct fit.

I shouldn't have spent the money.Just go to your local home improvement store and buy adequately sized 6mil tarp (in the painting supply section) and cut it 6" to 1' smaller than the dimensions of your tent.Use the money you save for firewood or beer or somethin' ...
